How long does it take for delivery?

  • For all metro cities it usually takes about 4-5 days (delays can take place due to festivals or due to high volume of deliveries of the shipping company)

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

  • If your order value is above Rs 3000 then the delivery is free, and if it comes out to be less than that, then the delivery charges will depend on the location of delivery, it is automatically calculated at checkout.

My order status shows "Pending" in order history, is anything wrong?

  • If the order status shows pending, please do not panic. Once you receive payment/order confirmation, your order has been received by us and its confirmed. It stays in the pending process until you receive the order. you will get a notification of processing or shipped via email once your order status changes.

How will I know if you have received my order?

  • Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will appear on the screen confirming the order. An email with the order details will be sent immediately to the registered email ID, provided that we have an accurate email address. In case you do not receive the email confirming your order please call us on +91 9820045244 , Monday-Saturday (10:30 AM - 6:00 PM) or drop us an email at info@dogoodco.in . We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product is processed, shipped, including tracking information (if available).

How do I claim manufacturing warranty on my product?

  • To claim manufacturing defect warranty, we need a video of when you first received the product, being unboxed and the defect being clearly showcased.

What if the product is in warranty and damaged?

  • If the product is within warranty ( 1 year on electronics and bridge uprooting ) , we will arrange the pick-up and repair the product. We will ship this within 30 days from receiving the product.

Instead of refund for a product, can you send me a replacement?

  • Currently we do not replace the items ordered. Only in the case of any damage or defect we may offer a replacement.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package. You can open the package in front of the courier delivery person and mention the damage if any on the Air way bill and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will either get it repaired or send a replacement product, depending upon product availability.

What is not covered under warranty?

  • Wear and tear products such as saddles, bar tapes, bar grips, apparel, Bottles, etc, do not carry any warranty with them, if you still have doubts if your product has warranty or not, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@dogoodco.in .
  • One time use products such as CO2 canisters also do not have any warranty as they are a ONE TIME USE product.

How do I start a new account?

  • Please click on the person logo, which is located on the top right hand side of the website next to the Search bar. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find the 'Create account' button in the menu.  Once you click it, you will be redirected to the log in page, where you will be prompted to fill in your email address, and you shall receive an OTP in the email submitted, after that you will be taken to your account page where you can fill your name and add your addresses for faster checkouts.

How do I update my details on my account?

  • Please click on the 'My Account' tab on the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to enter your account details. Then you can click on the profile icon and click on the Profile menu, thats where you can edit your details

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies in my browser?

  • They are the name of small amounts of data that are sent from a website to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive. Your browser's preferences usually have 'cookies enabled' (meaning each website can send its own cookie to your browser). Cookies cannot access your personal information, but instead use anonymous unique identifiers. Cookies need to be enabled on your browser to allow you to add product(s) to your cart and access your account information. You can log out by clicking the 'Logout' link on the top right hand corner of the page.

What payment types do you accept?

  • We accept the following types of payments: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfer/ Cheque Payment/ Cash Deposit. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

  • Credit Cards: You need your card, which has the details of cardholder’s name, number, CVV and the expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC/ OTP
    Debit Cards: Keep your card, which has the details of cardholder’s name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC/ OTP or IPIN handy as well.
    Net Banking: Keep your account number or Customer ID as well as your IPIN/ OTP handy.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

  • Absolutely. Shopping with Procraft India is completely safe. We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. You can see the transaction is secure if a key lock is visible on the bottom right corner of your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete, rather, it is submitted directly to our banks.

Do you accept international credit cards?

  • We do not accept Non-Indian cards for payment at the moment. Please contact our customer care via email ( info@dogoodco.in) if you need more help with international payment options.

Do you store my Credit card information?

  • We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete, rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that your credit card or bank account information will be secured. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.


Will my information be sold to third parties?

  • Your information will not be sold or passed on to third parties. Your privacy is important to us! Read more about how we protect your privacy under "Privacy Policy".


Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

  • Do Good Co team will never ask you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone. In fact you should not be sharing this information with anyone else.

 

What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?

  • During the payment process using Net banking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Do Good Co website with your order details which you can keep a copy of. Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.


What do we do with your information ?

  • When you make a purchase from our store, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. Additionally, when you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s IP address to help us understand your browser and operating system. If you consent, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

How EMI payment works?

  • As soon as you finish your transaction on the payment gateway and receive an order confirmation email from DoGoodCo, the entire price will be charged to your credit card. This charge has been blocked against your card limit and will not be charged during your billing cycle. After 2-4 business days, your bank will convert this charge into EMIs. The precise EMI amount will be charged to your card statement beginning with the next billing cycle, and the outstanding amount will be deducted from your credit limit. For example, if you have made a three-month EMI purchase of Rs. 10,000 and your credit limit is Rs. 50,000, your bank would block your credit limit by Rs. 10,000 and therefore your available credit limit after the transaction.


How do I use the EMI facility

  • Follow the procedures below if you have one of the above-mentioned approved credit or debit cards. On the payments page, select any of our payment gateways.(RazorPay) At the payment gateway, select the EMI option, your bank, and the desired EMI term, then click Make Payment/Pay Now. For debit card EMI transactions, you must first check your loan eligibility with the bank. Once confirmed, you may proceed with the same offer.


Where will I find the proof of EMI?

  • Once you have purchased on EMI, your bank will send you an email with an attachment verifying the EMI transaction, including your interest rate, term, and installment amount. Most bank confirmation emails have the following subject line: "[Bank Name]: EMI Letter with Monthly EMI Details".

Will this saddle fit on my bike?

  • The 3d Printed carbon saddle uses a 7x9 mm OVAL Saddle rail , hence requires saddle clamp to accomodate for it, for this you will have to check the manufacturer of your bike for the same.
  • We do not sell clamps for these rails as all bikes generally have different styles of clamp compatibility with seat post
