Refund Policy/Exchange Policy
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
*For a refund of a product an unboxing video is required which CLEARLY shows an unopened box being opened and the clear defect/damage of the product, only then an item can be refunded
Items Lost in Transit
If your order does not arrive or is lost by the shipping company, which does not usually happen, in that case we will take it up with the shipping company and take it further
Returns
We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer the best service to everyone
Lost or Stolen Packages
DoGoodCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Exchange of defective product
If a product is defective upon use and is not considered a wear and tear product then it can be exchanged for another unit of the same product UPON INSPECTION, for which you would need to ship the product back to us
For a product to be eligible for an exchange it must have been purchased within the last 60 days
Wear and tear products are not eligible.
The terms of the exchange will be at the disclosure of DoGoodCo depending upon the situation rest assured we will try our best to resolve the situation
