Three factory presets, one for each major brake brand.
Why choose a preset torque tool?
Manual tightening gives no torque feedback, so it relies on personal experience. Under-tightening can lead to oil leaks, while over-tightening can strip, crack or damage hose fittings and brake levers, which means costly repairs. The H15 is factory preset to 5 N·m and matches the official Shimano recommendation (5–6 N·m). Once that torque is reached the wrench slips automatically, so you get it right the first time.
Sizes measured by hand; allow for minor dimensional differences.
