Why Your Tubeless Valve Matters More Than You'd Think
In a tubeless setup, the valve is the one place where an otherwise sealed system has to pass through the rim — which makes it the most likely spot for a slow leak if it's poorly made. A loose-fitting valve, a hardened rubber base, or a valve core that doesn't seal cleanly against the rim tape can bleed air pressure over days without any obvious puncture, leaving you wondering why your tire keeps going soft.
This valve is built to close off that weak point: a one-piece aluminum body machined on a CNC lathe for a consistent, true fit, paired with a silicone base that seals firmly against the rim bed without hardening or cracking over time the way cheaper rubber grommets do.

High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Body
The valve body is lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy with an anodized surface finish. Anodizing hardens the outer layer of the metal, which means better resistance to scratches and everyday wear along with a more durable, longer-lasting finish than an untreated aluminum surface.
Silicone Sealing Plugs Protect Your Rim
The silicone plug at the base of the valve has good elasticity, meaning it seats and holds firmly in the rim's spoke hole without needing to be forced — and because it's silicone rather than a hard plastic or metal edge, it won't damage or wear into the rim bed the way stiffer materials can over repeated installs.
Fine Workmanship, Easy to Install and Remove
Precise machining on the threads and fastening ring means the valve installs cleanly and comes apart just as easily when it's time to top up sealant or swap tires — no fighting a seized valve core or stripped threads months down the line.
Choosing the Right Length
Available in 40mm, 60mm, and 80mm lengths to suit different rim depths — a valve that's too short can be awkward to reach with a pump head on a deep-section rim, while too long looks and feels untidy on a shallow rim. As a rule of thumb, the valve's effective height is its total length minus your rim's depth at the valve hole, so measure your rim before choosing.

If your tire holds air fine off the bike but loses pressure over a few days while mounted, check the valve base first before assuming it's a sealant or tire issue — a worn or poorly seated valve is one of the most common (and easiest to fix) sources of a slow tubeless leak.
