The lock frame fits seatposts with a 28-39mm diameter, covering the vast majority of road, hybrid, and MTB seatposts sold in India; it clamps around the seatpost with the included mounting frame so the lock stays attached to your bike at all times, ready to use.

The lock cable is approximately 110cm long, which is enough to loop through your wheel and frame and around a reasonably sized pole, railing, or bike rack commonly found outside offices, apartments, and shops in India.

It weighs approximately 265g, light enough that most riders won't notice a meaningful difference in handling, especially since it mounts on the seatpost rather than being carried in a bag.

Since the core uses a copper lock mechanism inside a steel cable, a drop of light lubricating oil into the keyhole every few months helps keep the mechanism turning smoothly, especially after monsoon exposure; wiping the PVC coating clean of mud also helps it look and function like new for longer.

Yes, this is a genuine Rockbros lock backed by DoGoodCo's assurance against manufacturing defects in the cable, coating, or lock core.
