Why an EVA case over a soft bag?
The shell is thermo-formed under 200°C heat, so it holds its shape under stacked baggage rather than collapsing onto your frame. A thick internal sponge layer keeps wheels and frame from knocking together, and stout buckles and straps lock every component in place so nothing shifts loose mid-transit. The clam-shell design opens fully flat for easy packing, and soft carry handles on the top and side make the case manageable even fully loaded. XXF has built bike cases, bags and outdoor sports bags since 2004 at Kunshan Changyoushun Bike Case Co., exporting to the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Japan and beyond.
