Self-inflating pads on both sides cushion the frame during transit, backed by a rear derailleur protection holder pad.
☔
1680D Nylon + PVC Coating
A high-density 1680D nylon shell with PVC coating and sponge padding shields against sun, rain, wind, snow and dust.
🛞
360° Rolling Wheels
Four-wheel rolling base with 360° spinning bottom wheels — no need to remove the handlebar to pack a TT or road bike.
Purpose-built for the tightest packing job in cycling
TT and road bikes pack differently to a standard MTB, and the N1808 is shaped around that — adjustable quick-release brackets hold the rear and front fork exactly in place, magic tape secures the wheel bags, and strong YKK zippers keep everything closed under pressure. A rear derailleur protection holder pad adds a layer of safety around the part most likely to get knocked in transit, and the rainproof, anti-UV, PU-coated tarp covers the whole bike down to the wheels. XXF has built bike cases, bags and outdoor sports bags since 2004 at Kunshan Changyoushun Bike Case Co., exporting to the US, UK, Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Japan and beyond.
