One goal guided the process: a bike that is lightweight, high-performance, and stable in equal measure — with every carbon part designed and validated by VOOK's own team.
Self-developed full-carbon frameset
Full internal cable routing, tapered head tube, and a tube profile tuned for a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio.
WE ONE MAX carbon integrated bar
A no-drill, one-piece carbon cockpit with external routing — swap bar specs without bleeding the brakes.
The Frameset
A great frame is the soul of a road bike
Optimized tube profile for a lightweight frame that delivers a higher stiffness-to-weight ratio — approximately 50–100g lighter, and up to 30% stiffer laterally, than a typical EN-standard frame.
BSA threaded bottom bracket
Easy to install, highly compatible, low maintenance. Head tube fatigue-tested: 40kg lateral load, 100,000 cycles.
Fully internal routing
Clean, aerodynamic lines with lower wind resistance and full weather protection. 18g expansion plug, 49.5mm upper headset bearing.
UDH hanger
Compatible with all derailleurs. A stiffer design delivers more precise shifting.
Tapered thru-axle, ONE-LOCK adjust
Zero play between frame and axle. An integrated 4mm hex tool in the front thru-axle means one hex key does it all.

Rider-friendly geometry, five sizes
A taller head tube reduces aggressive crouching for a more comfortable, confident ride position, while flattened seat stays and a 12mm offset seatpost add compliance.

A complete groupset co-developed and matched for VOOK's 1x13-speed system: three years of iteration, validated across more than 20,000 sets. Stable braking, single-click micro-adjustment, USB-C charging, ceramic pistons, and egg-roll heat sinks.

Lightweight aluminum wheelset
Straight-pull spoke aluminum wheels paired with a reliable ratchet-drive hub, for a smoother ride and lower rolling resistance.
Tire: VEPOSS ultra-light 700×28C, 330 TPI. Front axle: ONE-LOCK 4mm hex quick-adjust, 7075-T6 aluminum. Rear axle: 7075-T6 aluminum, 12×168mm.

One-piece carbon integrated handlebar
Continuous T800+T700 carbon fiber construction, weighing approximately 310g — built for both everyday comfort and race-day stiffness.
Swap bars without bleeding brakes
15-minute bar swaps between endurance and aggressive setups. Bottom cable management and internal routing spacers keep the cockpit clean — about 90% faster to service.
Uninterrupted carbon fiber structure
A no-drill design maximizes stiffness and strength — every drilled hole would otherwise cost 10g+ just to compensate. Exceeds standard impact-strength requirements by 30%.
Carbon-railed saddle
WE ONE EVO ergonomic saddle, short-nose design, high-support baseplate, carbon fiber rails, 145mm width.
Full carbon seatpost
12mm set-back, 300mm length, custom M6 titanium bolt, paired with a 15g ultra-light seat clamp. Frame tested to 120kg / 100,000 cycles.
